減速機如何修復

2.測(ce)量(liang)時,可以測(ce)量(liang)兩個繞組(zu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值是否相等,并(bing)且應與電(dian)(dian)(dian)機標記一致(zhi),然后使用電(dian)(dian)(dian)源測(ce)試。在測(ce)試過程中,電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)兩極交替(ti)接觸每個繞組(zu)的(de)兩端(duan)。步進旋(xuan)轉,步驟同樣強大,否則電(dian)(dian)(dian)機損(sun)壞。
3.使用減速器(qi)上(shang)標記的電源電壓進行測試(shi)。如果電(dian)(dian)機(ji)上沒有標(biao)記,請從(cong)較(jiao)低電(dian)(dian)壓開始,然后逐(zhu)漸增(zeng)加電(dian)(dian)壓進行測試(shi)。電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的一端(duan)連(lian)接(jie)到某個繞(rao)組的中心端(duan),另一端(duan)連(lian)接(jie)到電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。一端(duan)交替接(jie)觸繞(rao)組的另一端(duan)。此(ci)時,減速器應(ying)逐(zhu)步(bu)旋轉,每一步(bu)應(ying)同樣強(qiang)大,否則電(dian)(dian)機(ji)會損壞。
