1.根據減速(su)器(qi)上標記的(de)電阻(zu)值測(ce)量電阻(zu)。減速(su)器(qi)分為兩個繞(rao)組(zu)。兩個繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)結構(gou)完全相同。每(mei)個繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)中心端(duan)對稱地等(deng)于另一端(duan),并且(qie)標簽的(de)電阻(zu)值是一致的(de)。不(bu)同電機引(yin)線的(de)順序是不(bu)同的(de)。
2.測(ce)量時,可以(yi)測(ce)量兩個(ge)繞組的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)是否相等,并且應與電(dian)(dian)機標(biao)記(ji)一致,然后(hou)使用電(dian)(dian)源測(ce)試。在測(ce)試過(guo)程中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)兩極(ji)交替接觸每個(ge)繞組的(de)(de)兩端。步(bu)(bu)進旋轉(zhuan),步(bu)(bu)驟同樣強大(da),否則電(dian)(dian)機損壞(huai)。
3.使用減速器上標記的電源電壓(ya)進(jin)行測試。如果(guo)電(dian)機上沒有標(biao)記,請(qing)從(cong)較低(di)電(dian)壓開(kai)始,然后逐漸(jian)增加電(dian)壓進行(xing)測試。電(dian)源的(de)一端(duan)連(lian)接到某個繞組的(de)中心端(duan),另(ling)一端(duan)連(lian)接到電(dian)源。一端(duan)交替接觸繞組的(de)另(ling)一端(duan)。此時,減速器應(ying)逐步旋轉,每一步應(ying)同樣強(qiang)大,否則電(dian)機會損(sun)壞。
